Hertzbach is proud to announce that Robert Carter and Andrea Hartman have been promoted to partners of the firm and Emily Rucinski has been promoted to a senior manager of the firm.
Rob joined Hertzbach in 2007 and manages the Litigation, Forensic, and Valuation Department. He graduated from Stevenson University with a B.S. in Business Administration and from the University of Baltimore with a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Business Advisory Services. His areas of expertise include business valuations, litigation consulting, forensic accounting, fraud investigation and exit planning.
Andrea joined Hertzbach in 2002 and is a leader of the firm’s Affordable Housing Industry Group. She graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.S. in accounting and earned a Master’s of Business Administration from Loyola University. Her areas of concentration include residential real estate, nonprofits, Section 42 (Low-Income Housing Tax Credits) and HUD, single-audit, VHDA and CDA reporting and compliance.
Emily joined Hertzbach in 2008 and is a member of the firm’s Construction Industry Group and Manufacturing Industry Group. She graduated from Loyola University with a B.S. in accounting and is a certified public accountant Maryland. She is also a certified construction industry financial professional. She has over 10 years of experience in various areas of accounting, auditing, financial reporting, and taxation.
