Michael William Jackson began his technical career in 1999 with a three year tenure at the law firm Gordon, Feinblatt, Rothman, Hoffberger & Hollander, LLC.

Having obtained his A+ and Net+ Certifications, he began as a computer technician and later moved up to the technical call center dispatcher. During this time he became very familiar with law firm policies and the various software that law firms rely. Michael has completed coursework at University of Maryland Baltimore County within their Information Management curriculum and has taken advanced Microsoft Server courses at System Source located in Hunt Valley.
