Andrea B. Hartman, MBA, CPA is a senior manager with Hertzbach. She graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.S. in accounting and earned a Master’s of Business Administration from Loyola College. Ms. Hartman is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Industry Group. Her areas of concentration include nonprofits, residential real estate; Section 42 (Low-Income Housing Tax Credits); and HUD, VHDA and CDA reporting and compliance. Andrea is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA). Andrea is also involved with Hertzbach’s Professional Development Committee, Assurance Committee, and Leadership Development Group. She also played an integral role in developing the firm’s Women’s Initiative, SOAR. Andrea is a certified public accountant in Maryland.
