Howard Snow, III, a retired Marine Corps officer, acts as a Federal Business Access Coordinator for Defense Firms. He has more than 30 years of military, business and Federal Government experience. In the recent past, Mr. Snow has served as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Installations, Facilities and Energy. As an accomplished and recognized executive, Mr. Snow uses a strategic approach to develop alliances between government agencies and private firms. He utilizes his areas of expertise in the defense and national and homeland security industries to assist clients in building business development opportunities in the Federal Marketplace. His firm, Federal Business Strategies and Solutions, navigates the complexities of the government marketplace for firms to build business to government and business to business relationships.  

James H. Holley – Prior to forming JHolleyConsulting, LLC in May 2008, Jim Holley served for nearly 25 years in the legislative and executive branches of the federal government and has more than 30 years of communications, public affairs and congressional relations experience in the government and private sectors.

Thomas L. Jones – Captain (Ret) US Navy and civilian leader for the Department of Defense and Veterans Administration. Mr. Jones is an expert in government relations and federal business development.
