Supervises all aspects of client engagements; coordinates staffing and scheduling of client work; responsible for professional development of staff; participates in firm management and administrative responsibilities; continues to develop leadership skills; increases role in business development.

Partner

Ultimate client responsibility; actively engaged in managing the firm; demonstrates technical excellence and industry expertise; primary responsibility for business development; serves as role model for professional staff.
