Staff 1
Years 1 – 2
performs detailed assurance work; prepares tax returns; gains proficiency with firm software and research tools; develops workpaper documentation skills

Staff 2
Years 2 – 3

frequent interaction with clients; mentor new staff and interns; increase knowledge of client industries and practice service areas

Years 3 – 5

responsible for completion of engagements; in charge of engagement team; reviews workpapers; builds client relationships; assists with firm committees; CPA exam passed

Years 5 – 6

coordinates, directs and reviews complex accounting and tax engagements; supervises engagement team; develops specialized technical proficiency; takes increased responsibility for effective staff utilization
